Time Is Money, Make It Count
Hagie Agronomy keeps our customers up to date with the most current nutrient and crop protection recommendations, as well as best practices for successful applications. From skip row nitrogen application to cover crop challenges or soil compaction effects on plant growth, we can help you determine which management practices will best fit you and your farm. Years of trial results from customers, key business partners, and our own Hagie Hybrids' acres support our recommendations, along with the input from industry leading professionals.
Check back frequently for new information including yield results from 2014 trial studies, current operations on Hagie Hybrids, and customer successes using the Hagie line of equipment!
Cover crops were recently seeded on Hagie Hybrids with the Hagie CCI attachment. We used both oats and an oat, hairy vetch, and radish mix on soybean acres. An annual ryegrass, crimson clover, radish, and turnip were planted into corn where cattle will be turned out for winter grazing.
